The Amazing Race Premiere Recap - September 30, 2012

Last night was the premiere of The Amazing Race.  This time, however, the teams have an opportunity to win not one, but TWO million dollars - but only if  the team wins the first AND the last leg of the race.  We'll see if that actually happens...

The Amazing Race 20 Finale Recap

As you may recall, Dave and Rachel were the first team to arrive at the end of the last leg of race, so they were the first team to leave at the start of tonight's two-art finale.  The first clue instructs teams to travel from India to Hiroshima Japan.

The Amazing Race: Season 20, Episode 9 "Bollywood Squares" Recap/Review

After winning the last leg in Tanzania, Mark and Bopper were the first team to set out this week.  At the pit stop, a doctor came to look at Bopper's knee.  He told them it was fine for Bopper to continue racing if he put a brace on it.  I was happy to hear that (as were they, obviously) as they are one of my favorite teams this season.

Dave and Rachel - the winners of the last leg of The Amazing Race - were the first to set out on the eighth leg.  They were told that a U-turn "is up ahead," so all teams knew at the start of the leg that they could potentially be U-turned.  The first clue in this leg told teams to "Take a drive through Africa's Garden of Eden."

Since they were the first team to arrive at the last pit stop, Rachel and Dave were the first to leave for the second leg of The Amazing Race, followed by Rachel and Brenden.  The teams are instructed to head to Cafayate Town Square.

The 20th season of The Amazing Race premiered on Sunday.  This season, 11 teams will be racing around the world to try to finish first to claim the one-million dollar prize.  The teams started in Santa Barbara, California...
